1. Nature of the transaction
Any amount you transfer is presented as a voluntary donation to support server operation (hosting, maintenance, development). You may select a suggested support tier (package), but this does not create a sale contract in the commercial sense.
Where permitted by applicable law, any in-game coins granted after validation are a gratuitous token of appreciation, not consideration for a purchased product or guaranteed service. You acknowledge that authorities may assess the legal nature of a transaction based on its factual circumstances, not merely on the label used on this page.
2. Virtual rewards — entertainment only
Coins and other rewards:
- are virtual items for entertainment purposes on the Forgotten2 Shop server only;
- do not represent ownership rights over any digital asset and confer no property interest outside the game environment;
- have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, except where applicable law requires otherwise;
- may be adjusted, balanced, replaced, or removed where necessary for game balance, maintenance, security, or enforcement of server rules.
3. Refunds and reversals
Except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise, voluntary donations are final and non-refundable once received and processed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Romania or the European Union. If you believe you have a statutory right to a remedy, you may contact us; any response will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Granting rewards
Rewards are granted manually after donation verification, typically within 1–48 hours, depending on payment confirmation. Granting a reward is a discretionary appreciation gesture and not a guaranteed commercial delivery obligation with a fixed deadline, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Donor responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- your in-game username (payment reference);
- the correct amount for the selected tier;
- the full 16-digit Aircash code, if applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the team is not liable for rewards not granted or delayed due to incorrect details, incorrect amounts, invalid or expired codes, or failure to follow instructions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forgotten2 Shop administrators and operators shall not be liable for:
- banking or payment processor delays;
- errors made by the donor when initiating a transfer;
- temporary server downtime, in-game losses, or account sanctions applied under server rules;
- indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Romanian or EU law.
7. Account suspension and termination
If an account is suspended or permanently terminated for violating server rules, any previously granted virtual rewards may be revoked. Except where required by applicable law, no refund, compensation, or replacement of rewards will be provided in connection with such sanctions.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal attempts made after rewards have been granted — or where fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of server rules is reasonably suspected — may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the associated game account and refusal of future rewards, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Refusal of donations and rewards
We reserve the right to refuse or return suspicious, incomplete, or fraudulent donations, and to refuse granting rewards where fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of server rules is reasonably suspected.
10. Age and eligibility
You declare that you are at least 18 years old, or have valid parental or guardian consent where required. Use of the donation page must comply with Forgotten2 Shop server rules.
11. Payment methods
Available methods (Revolut, bank transfer, Aircash, etc.) may change at any time. Aircash instructions apply only where indicated for users in Romania.
12. Personal data (GDPR)
We process personal data only to validate donations, grant virtual rewards, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or donations made through this page shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

These terms may be updated periodically. The version displayed at the time you confirm your donation applies to that transaction.
